KFC – Be the Video Referee
KFC already sponsored the most contentious part of rugby league: the on-ground video referee. So we suggested they leverage that association by giving their league-loving database the chance to sit (figuratively speaking) in the video ref’s chair. That way they’d see that making a call on a possible try isn’t always as easy as it looks.
With social complementing the email and website executions, this campaign went nuts, which was even more satisfying considering the original brief was just to give punters the chance to win a year’s worth of KFC. That’s gold!
